Making a spectacle

One of Advent's great themes is seeing things with new eyes. Our poor cat, the long-suffering Aslan, was given this chance when Joseph decided he needed a new way of looking on the world through my reading glasses. Incredibly he sat still for a couple of minutes with them on.
