Light in the Darkness

Today was the shortest day of the year. The light seemed to fade shortly after 2pm and with the heavy rain it really was gloomy. A short excursion into Peebles this morning to get some Christmas presents and then the rest of the day was spent inside. The lighter days are now on their way!
