Christmas Cushion

This is one of my Christmas cushions I made a couple of years ago. We went down to R's this afternoon for Christmas pies and a blether. On the way we met daughter from Orkney who had managed to get over on the ferry this morning. A bit rough in the middle of the crossing and she was sick but she managed to get a lie down and was okay.
Last night was horrendous with thunder and lightening and hailstones and today was windy with some very heavy showers and more thunder and lightning. The lightening struck R's telephone wires so they had no phone or broadband and as Vodaphone is out too they had no communication at all.
