Carols

Today has been a quiet day, mainly spent sleeping as I am still not feeling 100%. Then this evening a friend came over and we went to the Carols at Warwick Castle. The forecast for this evening was awful; heavy rain and wind, and I was nervous of taking my big camera with me in case it got damaged. So I took my little camera that apparently doesn't like working in the dark and hadn't been charged since I last used it about six months ago. It told me soon after arriving that it's battery was exhausted and the pictures were all fuzzy! Not quite what I was hoping for.

We were lucky with the weather. It remained mild and dry and we had a fantastic time. The choir and brass band were brilliant and it was great to sing some of the classics. We then came home for a late supper and cards. It's been a lovely festive evening.

I'll catch up on Strictly tomorrow and hope to find a more creative shot then.
