Market day again

... and a busy one. We have an American writer whom I'm mentoring / encouraging staying with us this week, so lots to do. I took this shot quickly while I was on my way to the Mairie (town hall) to vote against the privatisation of the post office. The woman on the left comes to set up a small stall, just a trestle table by the back of her van, to sell grapes from her garden. Only 2 euros for a big punnet and they're delicious.

The plane trees in the background aren't as autumnal / dead as they look - they have simply been trimmed and will branch out again next spring.
