paella fiesta

HOLA!
Arrived at the local farmers markets this morning at 8am thinking I would be the early bird catching the worm!
The mall was heaving with flocks of early birds.
The soft rye loaves were already sold as were the last of the strawberries.
Gaulterio had just started cooking the ingredients in his paella pan.

Had coffee with some friends, bought local orchard stone fruit, sunflowers, unwaxed apples, bags of fresh picked salad leaves, aubergine and zucchini and a tiny jar of saffron.

At the end of all that, G's paella was ready for a take home pot for Mum's dinner tonight.
