Training before dining

Son M has come from Brussels where he lives and works, to celebrate Christmas at home with us. That means more eating than training - and when there is no snow around father and son joined a round at the training institute near by today. Makes you feel better and better prepared to celebrate the days in front of us:-) Have a nice day!
