Solstice sun rise at sea....

..... taken from the bows of Jenny Skylark, one of our two St. Ayles skiffs. Suffering with a rotten, breaking cold which sends me dizzy when I exert myself, I rode as passenger to a crew gathered without our usual excellent, timetable/event system, BigTent. I had been hoping (not) there would be a drop out but not so. So I took camera and shot pics.

9.00 a.m. is early these days and with banks of cloud over the Lammermuirs, then sun was late showing. I enjoyed it though, despite the slave driver in the stern! She knows who she is....
