What a difference a day makes.
The change in the weather pushed me to do something different today. An often visited village for the good food at the Red Lion Pub in Culross I had often said to myself I will have to have a good look at the old building thats in the middle of the village.
Culross Palace and Garden.
The garden at the back of the palace is a reconstruction, incorporating features that would have been found in a garden of the early seventeenth century. Also, the garden has an honesty box for any of the veg that you want to buy from the stall situated in there. The garden is stepped and takes you up to a great view over the Forth. Definetly worth a visit just for that.
The road in from Kincardine seems to be under a bit of construction at the minute as they appear to be building a cycle path beside the road, hopefully, that will stretch all the way along the river to Edinburgh that would be an amazing cycle in the sun.
