There was a time when I had to watch every penny so I used to make my Christmas labels from last year's Christmas cards. It is such an enjoyable pastime that I still do it even though I could go out and buy some. However, I don't think the bought packs are as attractive and varied as my selection. I even check the cards as they arrive to see if there are any suitable motifs! How sad is that?
