Happy Christmas John

Hard visit to wish our dear friend Happy Christmas. If only he knew who we were but we remain hopeful that something is registering.

Pictured here in better days, our wee John was the life and soul of the party, with a sharp wit and the biggest heart.

For anyone to lose his words and memory is devastating but somehow the loss of a voice that everyone wanted to listen to seems worse. Despite his lack of response to our greeting he remains the same old John in our memories and we still smile recalling some of his stories.
