Rookie Error

On the spur of the moment this morning we decided to go to the beach! Our nearest beach, Frinton, is an hour and a half away and getting the boys up and out was rather a slow process.

To our delight when we got there the sun was out .... but oh dear....the tide was in...(we hadn't thought to check).

We managed a short walk along the sand before being forced onto the promenade. But the day was glorious, and the colours waves and family wonderful; add to that fish and chips in a greasy spoon cafe and penny slots - what could be better?
