Alert..mud on ..everything

After a chaotically busy day yesterday I dashed down to Essex to meet up with the guys from Africa. Some good food and drinks planned. We had a little worry over an accident but everybody was fine, if worse off for money, we still managed to get very merry and I finally fell into bed tired and happy!

This morning we took ourselves out intoEpping Forrest for some biking action, there were some funny moments and some crashes but in generally we had a fab time, I finally found my rhythm and just loved it. Covered in mud spatter and feeling good we headed for lunch....

I had lots of things to do on the way home so it's been another busy day but a great one too.

One more day to go at work then it's magic time!
