Blast from the past!

On our return journey from Brighton, we decided to spend a couple of hours in beautiful Winchester.
I graduated from King Alfred's 12 years ago and the ceremony, I'm very proud to mention, was here, in the incredible Winchester Cathedral!
I don not have very fond memories of my 4 years spent at Uni, but I'm grateful to have lived in such a beautiful, quaint city.
Sundays used to be dead in the town but today it was buzzing with shoppers, an orchestra playing carols and a Christmas market running along the High Street - a really lovely, warm atmosphere.
