Decorating the House

I love this decoration. He has such a friendly, serene expression. He should be called Bob or Dave - something safe and comforting. He's not a Niall or Jeremy.
We're still battling to get all curtains/blinds back after the fiasco that was our double glazing installation. Spent a bit of afternoon reassembling Roman blind for front room which I'd washed in the bath - contrary to manufacturer's instructions.
Rest of time on parcelling and now watching Gordon Ramsay who is advocating I knock together polenta with roasted tomatoes for my unexpected visitors who have crashed out after partying. Not sure where they'd be partying in our village - or where I'd get polenta. He's now on to chipotle - must buy some in Inverurie tomorrow!
