Still waiting

This was church tonight 30 minutes before the start of the Service of Nine Lessons and Carols. By 6.30 all seats were taken and we were into "Once in Royal David's City". The Choir did really well and it was very moving to hear all the traditional readings again for the first time this Christmas Season.

The evening was marred a little by someone breaking into the choir vestry which is at the back of church, climbing in through a very small window and stealing two coats complete with car keys. Fortunately they didn't take the cars.

On the domestic Goddess front - Bakewell cupcakes made today. Hope they taste good when we get to them.
