Molten Lava

Actually Puff Candy also known as Cinder Toffee and also by various other names. A day of baking with my niece as well as the Cinder Toffee we made Rocky Road Fudge, Truffles, and Sugar Cookies. The marshmallows were a disaster ...... dahling .... and ended-up in the bin. All of these (marshmallows aside) go into gift bags - and this year hand made labels on each items as well. I'm exhausted - but it was fun! The image here is of the Cinder Toffee cooling in the conservatory and picking up the colours from the Christmas lights.
