Memories of Hawaii

My kids left Friday to go spend Christmas in Hawaii again (with their mother). I miss them. This is a painting I did from years ago when I was able to go to Ohau with them. Had one extra day to myself that trip and spent it all alone on the North Shore collecting shells and sea glass. They will be walking some of those same beaches. This painting is based off a photo I took on my way back to Honolulu just as the sun was setting. It is snowing here...no beaches and sunsets for me :( but...Merry Christmas!
