Everyone over here has their "signature" thing that they make for Christmas. I have an aversion to most of them. Our cookies are always laughable and I end up throwing them out in February.

Tonight I gave these a whirl from a recipe I found in the Daily Mail of all places. They are delicious and the recipe works. Next time I'll be experimenting with milk chocolate and rum!
