Smoked spiced Christmas nuts.

One of our Christmas traditions is to have smoked spiced nuts for people to nibble on . The hoards are descending today- so the fridge is stocked and the beds are nearly made. Just a bit more tidying and cleaning to do.....

Smoked spiced nuts:

Mixed nuts- whatever you like
Cayenne pepper
Fresh rosemary
Fennel seeds
Smoked paprika
Maldon salt
Muscovado sugar
Butter
Garlic salt
Black pepper
Italian dried mixed herbs
