Tree Of Knowledge

This tree (or what's left of it) stands in Barcaldine, Queensland (about ten hours drive from where we live) it belongs to the labour party but sadly someone poisoned it a few years back. It has now received an 8 million dollar make-over. It is quite a stunning site in it's full glory at night time when it it lit up to look like a tree again, although it's quite funny to see this (expensive) massive sculpture sitting in the middle of this tiny outback town.
