Dismal and dreary supermarket.

I don't dislike Christmas and I love family time, I just detest the commercialism that we have created. Today, I felt dazed filling up my supermarket trolley with dips, ducks and desserts in decorated packaging. Is it possible to turn the machine around?

I think I sit quite high up on the Asperger's scale so the swarming supermarket did not really help matters.

Looking forward to our escape to the damp and drafty wilds of Scotland next week.
