It's all about the T-rain...

So today the weather has consisted of rain, rain and then even more rain. It has been(well it still is!) pouring down all day and we've got a leak in the conservatory. Great! This has resulted in a day of staying in the warm and not going outside at all.

However as a result of staying inside, I've managed to make a spiced shortbread mix, gingerbread dough and a pastry for mince pies and jam tarts to be made with tomorrow(on Christmas Eve!)

Unfortunately the weather isn't going to be any better tonight to tomorrow.
