Cathedral of Knowledge

2013 saw the reopening of liverpool's revamped central library.Been meaning to go all year. Today was high winds and rain in Liverpool so after wandering round for a couple of hours , decided to finally visit ,as the Liverpool Echo puts it, Liverpool's third cathedral.
