Drove to Puerto De La Cruz today, and wandered around in the sunshine.
Back home the rotten weather has started and we are feeling better every day that we chose to come here for a break from it.

A good bottle of Rioja wine is less than 3€, the temperature is rarely below 20C and a litre of petrol is about 80p - what's not to like!
