Into town to drop the boy off to do his Christmas shopping...he has the man gene.

While he shopped I swam. The morning was brightened by the antler wearing aqua aerobic class! You would have to see it to believe it!

One chocolate sponge in the bin...some fancy flour free job,hastily replaced by a nice Swiss roll recipe. Cherries now soaking in kirsch a wee cooks swig was imbibed!

Fingers crossed tomorrows weather pans out the way today's did for us...the afternoon storm came to nothing...grey, breezy ...normal winter stuff!

Oh and tomorrow is Christmas Eve...first job...prosseco jellies! Oh yes!
