Em and I had our chiro appointment today. Whilst waiting in the beauty rooms to go up, I read this message that was on one of the walls. Helped me to gain a positive focus on my journey that lies ahead. I know it won't be easy, but I'm going to do everything I can to make sure it's worth it! For us all!
