Just a Manic Monday

Did I see people out to save Christmas or was that savings at Christmas. Quite a wet day today and with the rain over the last few days, the River Taff is riding high.
There was a guy trying to push something on the street today. In these times of austerity the fact that he was wearing a full length camel coat didn't do his cause much good.
