Sunshine before the storm

Using a combination of gentle persuasion, begging and bribery I managed to get the whole family out for a walk together. We strolled around the docks in glorious sunshine. That was until the skies turned dark and the rain rolled in, about 5 minutes after this photo was taken. Being sensible, none of us had taken a raincoat, so we all got really rather wet.

In the background of this photo are two of the most recent residential harbourside developments. One is really rather beautiful. The other one isn't.
