Family

Tonight A's school hosted their fall open house. It was fun to have her show us all of the important elements of her classroom and school, through her eyes, as well as to interact with many of her classmates' families. Among the showcase of papers on her desk was this drawing of our family, which Ben and I thought was pretty cute. The people were labeled "Mom", "Dad", "Me" (for A) and "You" (for E). My favorite part is how the kids are really just tiny adults. A looks like a tiny version of me with lighter hair, and E looks like a tinier version of Ben. Oh, and I also love my hair - way longer and more volume than in real life, just as I'd like to imagine it!
