Santa's Polar Express

A fantastic day out today with friends to Santa's Polar Express train at Bo'ness and Kinneil Steam Railway.

We had singing (including a rendition of Happy Birthday to Mack), tangerines, marshmallow kebabs, a visit and gifts from Santa and lots of photo opportunities.

After the train we went for lunch to a Brewer's Fayre which had a soft play attached. All the kids had a great time. Kerr and his friend H gate crashed a birthday party and were found sitting at the party food table amongst the party guests, lol! Meanwhile, H's wee brother O made a break for freedom and escaped to the other end of the restaurant causing a few minutes panic from all the adults.

It was a great way to meet Santa and I'd definitely consider going again next year.
