Not so merry-go-round

An old style carousel, one of the attractions of the Winter Wonderland in Edinburgh's city centre.

It's been branded overpriced, disappointing and not safe this year by local papers and visitors. Well, the rides are quite expensive for what they offer, there's rather poor and repetitive selection of goods in the German market and a chair fell off one of the rides and plummeted hundreds of metres down to the ground so I see the point.

It's still nice to have a wander around once or twice.
