Outside Looking In

It felt like Christmas Eve today as I bunked off work half an hour early for a rendezvous with Ann for a well-deserved cup of coffee.

We did the shopping this morning, along with a million other people, but not panic buying, just our usual Monday morning trip to Morrison’s. It would seem that the shop will be closed for ONE WHOLE DAY – must stock up on bread and toilet rolls!

The storm is howling outside and I’m off to the safety of my bed.
