Nuts!

The white Christmas cake I make calls for peel, cherries and glace pineapple instead of vine fruits, which Miss Flum does not like.

As I didn't have the walnuts and almonds I used pecans and pistachios instead, which looked so pretty in the bowl I though I'd share them before they all went into the mix.
