Mulled wine galore!

A lovely day. We invited friends and neighbours round for an afternoon of mulled wine and festive snacks. After an initial period of worry as we got lots of apology messages and no one turning up until 1.5 hours after the start time, all our lovely neighbours and friends turned up. A lovely afternoon ensued, with no less than 9 bottles of wine mulled and consumed.

After a quick clean up we headed to see The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug which had it's moments and was better than the first, but ultimately tedious.

Back home to watch the series finale of the fabulous Fresh Meat and the house back to normal.
