Holly & The Ivy

Glenn & I headed to London today for a Christmas lunch with Allan at the members club at The Ivy.
There was much excitement.
The food was a delight & despite differences of age & background, I find that I get on well rquLly with Allan as I do with Glenn.
Allan ordered some posh dessert wine from Hungry. Tokaji or something I don't normally like sweet wines but this was lovely!
Afterwards, Glenn & I strolled down past Leicester Square & then along Oxford Street to the station.
It was a long but fab day.
Tarnished unfortunately by a very unnecessary exchange from Alex when I got home.
Opinions changed tonight.
