Coming in from the storm

It was clear it was going to be windy as even last night the lights of several boats and an oil rig could be seen sheltering near the coast. Today we woke up with 5 oil support vessels, the oil rig and its tugs and a tanker all off the coast. After a visit to drop of presents in Cullen we found two more oil support boats and a tanker - with 4 more tankers facing into the next bay at Sandend. At about 2 it really got blowy as I was out with the dog and certainly got the sea all worked up - so much so the spray obscured all but this three ships and was also creating a rainbow.
