Icing cut-outs

It's been an odd Christmas Eve - no electricity until lunchtime and all sorts of contingencies being made for tomorrow which hopefully won't be needed now. And we discovered a very tall tree which overhangs our garden is about to fall. Did last minute shopping, then iced the cake (hence the picture), and relaxed preparing vegetables and listening to nine lessons and carols on the radio. So it turned out ok in the end.
