Open wide

Alex had a bad night and woke up and vomited. Doctor says it's mucositis and we have to sit it out. He's seen worse cases, it's really not bad apparently (looks awful to me). His lips are bleeding, and his whole mouth is sore.

We can go home if Alex drinks but he's scared of being sick. It's not great.

At least mum and dad are here. Without them Christmas would be a very miserable affair.
