I love this flower!

This flower is in our garden and every day I look at it and am amazed by it's beauty.Kept meaning to get a photo of it, so today I made myself stop and take one!

A few weekends ago I mentioned I had a bittersweet phone call. It has taken a while to get round it, not sure I can still believe it , but it's not going to go away so I have to deal with it.
The news was that my brother proposed to his girlfriend of 7yrs in New York's Central Park. Obviously it is fantastic news, but one of my thoughts were - you can't, dad isn't here to see it and he won't know. I have thought lots about it and in my head I know life goes on and things change and they have to, but my heart says 'STOP'.
They are wanting to get married next October/November and the plans are all ready full flow. They have asked me to do a reading, eek!
