Twaz the Day before Christmas

and all through the house, not a creature was stirring not even a mouse ....

same couldn't be said for the zoo! Things are of course trucking along as per usual - animals don't stop for Xmas so neither do I ... this cute little red-tailed phascogale was due for a weight (four of them actually!). This was her 'butter wouldn't melt in my mouth' look right after I'd chased her around the room for five minutes during a semi successful escape ploy!

Down to Freo for some Xmas eve drinks, but am working xmas day and also bringing home a 5 day old water rat pup that needs to be handraised and is on after hours feeds.
