Glass negatives from the past

We've finally got forward an unofficial project for digitizing our company's old photos that were waiting in archive. There's hundreds of glass negatives like these taken in the factory at 20's or 30's or when ever they were using those instead of that 'modern' film. First photos are now in jpg and more to come - interesting.

(Edit: according to Wikipedia, these might be almost 100 years old, film isn't that young invention...)
