Swirls of delight

Before leaving Oxford I wanted to show mum and the girls what my college looks like. This is the staircase to the library. I think it is gorgeous. I still haven't been to the college enough to feel like I belong but I do think it is marvellous all the same.

The drive back home was easy. I think most people headed the storm warnings and travelled early. We weren't troubled by bad weather or bad drivers.

Tonight was all about preparing for tomorrow's feast.
