Old Building Usage...

This is on King's Stables Road. It's just a flat side of building. Many people may just walk past oblivious but if you look closely, you see the arches, doorways and windows in the brickwork that give away signs of what it may have previously been used for.

I often find myself looking at buildings in Edinburgh, wondering what their original usage was. You see these old victorian buildings along Queen Street inhabited by law firms and such but these were probably originally wealthy family homes.
