Christmas Lunch

We enjoyed celebrating Christmas at our daughter Linda's, we started out the day with a chapel service where my mother-in-law lives and we then took her in the car for lunch. Mum was quite confused so after she enjoyed some turkey sandwiches my son-in-law and I dropped her home where she didn't want us to leave her. Living with dementia can be very difficult.

Our meal was delightfully prepared whilst we were away and, of course, we ate far too much! Baked dinner with turkey and pork washed down with a sparkling Shiraz. Fortunately the day was not too hot.

I find taking photos of meals a challenge as everyone is keen to eat rather than being delayed by a happy snapper. I need to ensure I am better prepared for a quick couple of shots!
