Carving the Roast

Christmas day for our family is very traditional with a joint of roast, and in this case pork.
My son in law has had extensive experience in this task so he was conscripted to perform this operation.
I must say that it was cooked to perfection and the carving detail was extraordinary. It's a shame that the final display of his expertise could not be shown but I'm afraid there is nothing left.
