Art?

This is the monstrosity that Shrewsbury council are building at the side of the river Severn, to celebrate the bicentenery of one of their most famous sons, Charles Darwin.

At the moment the build has been altered from the original design, is running some weeks over it's completion date and instead of costing a mere £250,000 will now cost in excess of £385,000 to complete.

The excuses from the planners and leaders of the council are almost as believable as Darwin's theories!

I am sure that I could have spent the money on a far more deserving cause and created something far more eye-cathing than this!
