Vapour trails

Clapham Junction, waiting for the train home... the vapour trails caught my eye, and there's a plane in there, too! I had just about enough time to snap the shot before the train arrived. It was a beautiful evening - I can't believe it's October.

Busy, busy day, but all the better for it. I attempted to buy tea at the Twinings Tea Shop at lunchtime, but a sign said something like 'what started out as a general tidy-up has resulted in some major maintenance work and we've had to close the shop until further notice'. Indeed, there was a team of builders working away inside.

Tonight there better not be a police helicopter whirring over my street ALL NIGHT. The cat better not wake me up at 5am either. Grrrr.
