Stress buster
I went for a 8 mile run: Flotterstone to Harlaw and back. I was pushing it, but when I got back to the car the stress was gone!
I had to carry a torch because the last couple of miles were in the dark and the road's not too ever (and there are no street lights).
Have you ever noticed that when you run in the dark it feels like you're going faster? Why is that? Maybe your frame of reference gets a bit lost in the gloom.
