Christmas Day down under!

We had a great flight here, 25 hours flying and we arrived at 11.15pm yesterday! Singapore airlines were magnificent and we will definitely come with them again.
We had a shortish sleep then up for a fantastic Christmas Day!
We had breakfast at my brother and sister in law's where we are staying, then our daughter and her husband came over with our youngest son (who had arrived from Toulouse in the morning of Christmas eve) and we went off to Claire's in laws for a delicious Kiwi Christmas dinner. Claire had baked some macaroons and put them in a box tied with pink and blue ribbons, which I and Ellen her M in law opened simultaneously.( This was the way they had chosen to let us know whether they are having a boy or a girl). They were coloured blue, so it's a boy!!! (Due in May).
Claire had made this pavlova for dessert which was as delicious as it looked!
Later on we all went back to join a family get together and evening meal at my brother's house and a good day was had by all!
